About Law Firm Marek Strzała advocate, ph.d. in law (=us s.j.d.)
born 1985, in 2009 graduated from Law and Administration Department of Jagiellonian University. In 2016 granted Ph.D. in law sciences with honors.

In 2011 graduated from National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.

In 2012-2014 attended advocate's apprenticeship (bar vocational course), passing in 2015 state advocate exams and was admitted to the bar.

Full-time adjunct professor at Chair of Ecclesiastical and Denominational Law at Jagiellonian University.

Author of the monograph: Acting on behalf of denominational legal entity, that was awarded in the 12th edition of the competition for “The most useful legal book in the practice of justice”: 

Author of c. 50 academic and educational publications on law, participant and speaker at over 80 international and national academic conferences.

Member of the Board of the Polish Society for Religious Law (2020-) and member of the Audit Committee of the Charity's Fund of Archdiocese of Krakow(2022-).

He deals with civil and commercial law and intellectual property law, as well as denominational law, within which he deals with legal transactions with religious legal entities and the management of their assets.
