amount of
evidence, the
number of court
instances) and
can vary
considerably.
Depending on the
type of case and
the Law Firm
offers the
following
financial
solutions:
- hourly fee;
- hourly fee
combined with a
success fee;
- fixed fee;
- fixed fee
combined with a
success fee.
It
should be noted
that legal
regulations in
Poland do not
allow whole
honorary to be
depending on the
outcome of the
case
(prohibition for
only success-fee
