Krakow Philharmonic Orchestra with conductor Charles Olivieri-Munroe plus pianist Jan Krzysztof Broja play Karol Szymanowski’s symphony no. 4 Concertante op. 60 and Antonin Dvorak’s symphony no. 9 From the New World in E minor op. 95. Filharmonia Krakowska concert hall, 1 Zwierzyniecka street and Straszewskiego street.

March 27th, Wednesday

Poland’s Amadeus Chamber Orchestra of Polish Radio with conductor Agnieszka Duczmal render Karol Szymanowski’s Etude in B flat minor for string orchestra, Lev Knipper’s Radif Suite on Iranian Themes, Grazyna Bacewicz’s concerto for string orchestra, and Dmitri Shostakovich’s Chamber Symphony Op. 110 bis. Filharmonia Krakowska concert hall, 1 Zwierzyniecka street and Straszewskiego street.

March 28th, Thursday

Poland’s pianists Joanna Domanska and Magdalena Lisak play Karol Szymanowski’s Variations on a Polish Folk Theme in B minor op. 10, Fantasy  in C major op. 14, and Harnasie op. 55 transcription for two pianos. Filharmonia Krakowska concert hall, 1 Zwierzyniecka street and Straszewskiego street.

March 29th, Friday

Poland’s soprano Olga Pasiecznik and singer Adam Strug plus Harmonium Duo perform Karol Szymanowski’s Songs from Kurpie. Filharmonia Krakowska concert hall, 1 Zwierzyniecka street and Straszewskiego street.

Czech Republic’s Prague National Theatre Orchestra and Poland’s violinist Janusz Wawrowski render Antonin Dvorak’s overture to the opera The Devil and Kate and The Wild Dove Op. 110 Karol Szymanowski’s Violin Concerto No. 2 Op. 61, and Leos Janacek’s Taras Bulba. Filharmonia Krakowska concert hall, 1 Zwierzyniecka street and Straszewskiego street.
