6:00 p.m. Cracow Golden Quintet of flutist Natalia Jarzabek, oboist Damian Swist, clarinetist Tomasz Sowa, bassoonist Malgorzata Wygoda, and hornist Konrad Golda play Karol Szymanowski’s Harnasie op. 55 (selection), Witold Lutoslawski’s Folk Melodies, and Wojciech Kilar’s quintet for wind instruments (admission 30 PLN) Filharmonia Krakowska concert hall, 1 Zwierzyniecka street and Straszewskiego street

7:30 p.m. Concert of chamber music features Duo ForteCello of cellist Anna Nalecz-Mikulska and pianist Philippe Argenty rendering Antonin Dvorak’s Klid op. 68 no. 5, Gaspar Cassado’s Sonata, Bohuslav Martinu’s Variations on a Slovak Theme, Astor Piazzolla’s Milonga del Angel, La Muerte del Angel, Resurreccion del Angel, Franciszek Araszkiewicz’s Light and Void fore cello and piano (world premiere), and Camile Saint-Saens’s Danse macabre op. 40 (admission 30 PLN).  Filharmonia Krakowska concert hall, 1 Zwierzyniecka street and Straszewskiego street. 
 

October 18th, Tuesday

7:30 p.m. Classical music concert features Poland’s saxophonist Wlodzimierz Spodymek and pianist Barbara Hortynnska playing Jacques Ibert’s Concertino da Camera, Barry Cockcroft’s sonata for soprano saxophone and piano, Michal Grabowski’s LAID Island, Darius Milhaud’s Scaramouche, and Pedro Iturralde’s Pequena Czarda (admission 30 PLN). Filharmonia Krakowska concert hall, 1 Zwierzyniecka street and Straszewskiego street. 
 

October 19nd, Wednesday

7:30 p.m. Slovenia’s violinist Volodja Balzalorsky and pianist Aleksandar Serdar play Johannes Brahms’s sonata in G op. 77, Grazyna Bacewicz’s Sonata da camera, and Cesar Franck’s sonata in A (admission 30 PLN). Filharmonia Krakowska concert hall, 1 Zwierzyniecka street and Straszewskiego street.
